Lead developer for large scale J2EE project. I worked with Struts as the Web-container framework. Used Servlet,
WebSphere, JSPs, Custom Tags, XML, and XSL, Tiles framework, Struts, Beans form and UML. As Java developer, I
assisted in evaluating current in-house MVC framework and providing examples and feedback on how to migrate to a
standardized Struts environment.
Responsible for object-orientated analysis/object-orientated design of current systems.
Use UML to develop requirements and architect a solution. Lead new design and architecture efforts for
internationalization of the U.S. application for future flexibility and expandability.
Work with Struts front-end utilizing the tiles framework to implement the GUI interface.
The Struts framework was also augmented using both the validator and tiles add-on components. Also

Developed Struts examples and proof of concepts that were used by the developers to learn how to use the
Struts framework.
Supported integration efforts between the Struts Action classes and the Beans form layer.
Responsible for WebSphere development and runtime subject matter expert.
Updated the detailed design documentation that replaced the in house framework with Struts and provided
analysis on the use of Struts in the GUI coding standards.
